What's the purpose of the trial?

SL03-Old Hundred(OHD)-104 is designed as a Phase 1a/1b open label, trial to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), and preliminary efficacy of SL-172154 monotherapy as well as in combination with azacitidine or in combination with Azacitidine and Venetoclax.

Experimental Treatments

  • Azacitidine is a type of chemotherapy called a hypomethylating agent that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body. 
  • SL-172154 is a bi-functional fusion protein targeting CD47 on tumor cells and CD40 on immune cells. SL-172154 is being studied for use in different cancer indications.
  • Venetoclax is a BCL-2 inhibitor that may work by blocking the action of the BCL-2 protein on some cancer cells which can lead to cell death.
